The sekt Perlé Brut Trento DOC, vintage 2014 from the winery Ferrari Trento has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense and bright lemon gold with a persistent mousse. Showing crisp yellow fruit notes, pineapple, banana, golden delicious apple, then toasted hazelnuts, and some toast. The palate is balanced and juicy, very vivid, displaying a fine mousse, taut and with traction, it has a salty finish with drive.
