Brilliant light gold with a persistent, delicate mousse. Delicate roasted aromas and fumé on the nose, hints of hazelnuts, nuances of blood orange and candied lemon zest, iodized salt, complex. Very salty and clear on the palate, with a broad arc, the bubbles are pleasantly integrated, with delicate fruit sweetness, long finish.
