Intense, bright amber with a brightening golden rim. Nose of walnut, dried apricots, bitter almond, then salty tones. The palate is characterised by a salty creaminess, spreads to nutty-salty tones, a slight hint of anchovy, a fine sweetness, then again a subtle bitterness on the finish.
