Greenish reflections. Still closed on the nose, but then surprisingly delicate, finely chiseled fruit on the palate. Precise wine, fully fermented with beautiful minerality. Linear structure, still capable of development, good length.
More about the tastingIt stands closed in the chalice; to break it down into aromas would mean breaking it down into parts that are less than its whole. In the aftertaste, the finest peach appears unbidden, underpinned by ground oyster shells. Cool accuracy.
More about the tastingWhat do daisies and chickweed smell like? Not particularly intense, but always like a green meadow. In keeping with its youth, there is also some yeast spice. Perfectly balanced on the palate, with a firm acidity and tannins that provide mineral grip.
