The white wine Schloss Castell Silvaner trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Fürstlich Castell’sche Domäne has been rated in 2018 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Typical varietal aroma with green apple, pear and sorrel, also slightly citrusy notes. On the palate, many green aromas mingle with well-integrated fruit. Good balance. An ingenious "Zechwein" in the best sense of the word, which does not make you tired.
