Pear, pineapple, but also herbal tones. Lots of Keuper in the nose. Taut on the palate, with juiciness and fine acidity, chalky texture and a hint of positive green tones. Juicy and elegant on the finish, a Pinot Blanc in a fine, gastronomic style.
