Restrained aroma, some cassis, elderflower and kiwi. A ripe, yet more floral than fruity varietal type. Smooth, almost creamy in the mouth, spicy palate aromas such as caraway, ripe but well-supporting acidity, plump and full, with a harmonious, powerful finish. A very sophisticated food wine.
