WEINAUSBAU: Aus einer sehr sanften Pressung der gequetschten und teilweise entrappten Trauben erhalten wir den Most, der in Edelstahltanks bei einer Temperatur von 18 - 20 °C vergärt. FARBE: Goldgelb mit grüngoldenem Lichtspiel. BOUQUET: Intensiv und blumig. Fein und zart mit fruchtigen Noten, die an Aprikose und Ananas erinnern. GESCHMACK: Frisch und fruchtig. Elegant, harmonisch und vollmundig. Lang anhaltend, mit einem fruchtigen und würzigen Abgang. LAGERFÄHIGKEIT: Der Ramolo 2024 erreicht sein volles Potential ab Frühling 2025 und wird diese Merkmale bei optimaler Lagerung bis 2028 und darüber hinaus beibehalten.

Ripe citrus fruit on the nose, dried pear, some pineapple, underpinned by an aromatic savouriness, aniseed and sandalwood. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a mature, beautifully integrated acidity. Finishes with medium length.
