Noten nach Brombeere, Sauerkirsche und Wacholder. Würzig und elegant, sehr finessenreich und vielschichtig. Am Gaumen frisch, mit kräftigen, saftigen und endlos scheinenden Tanninen. Frucht nach reifen Schwarzkirschen und Brombeeren, sowie Kräuternoten. Erdige Würze nach Zimt und Thymian. Fülliger Körper, stoffig und elegant. Perfekt eingebundenes Holz. Sehr langer, von feinen, saftigen Tanninen begleiteter Abgang mit endlosem Fruchtnachhall und Bitterschokolade im Finish. Feinst strukturierter Blaufränkisch mit bestem Lagerpotential, großartige Entwicklung im Glas.

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Delicate wood nuances, ripe plum, blackberry confit, candied orange zest, with a hint of vanilla underneath. Juicy, elegant, ripe cherry, fine tannins, fresh structure, mineral, well developed, chocolatey touch on the finish, red berry aftertaste, lingers, good further ageing potential.
