Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, a subtle minerality, hints of oak, black cherries, blackberries and a touch of nougat. Juicy red berries, fine tannins and a somewhat slender, mineral-salty finish. A light-footed food wine, will benefit from bottle ageing.
