Medium copper red, silver reflections. Smoky herbal spice, a hint of yellow gooseberry, candied orange zest, apricot confit, mineral touch. Medium complexity, lean, salty, fresh acidity, lemony nuances, leafy touch, slightly astringent finish, distinctive style.
