The sweet and dessert wine Südtirol Sanct Valentin Comtess Passito DOC, vintage 2011 from the winery Kellerei St. Michael-Eppan has been rated in 2015 by Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Iridescent, intense golden yellow. Initially shows fine spicy notes of cardamom, then of rich white peach, with some tangerine in the background. Round and balanced on the palate, beautifully polished, with present, sweet fruit on the finish and a rich aftertaste.
