Tasting from 29.10.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with light silver. Light fumé and toasted nose, then elegant notes of white peach and pear, plus a touch of candied banana. Beautiful interplay on the palate with great texture and powerful body, brisk, with structure and finesse and a long lasting finish, great tension.
