Tasting Notes
Sparkling, medium-dense ruby with a slight garnet sheen. Intense and compact nose, with a rich aroma of cardamom, aniseed and cloves, followed by fine raspberry and sour cherry. Juicy and clear on the attack and on the palate, with notes of cranberry and sour cherry, opens up with fine tannins and a subtle bitter note on the finish.
