Tasting Notes
Some flint on the nose, and herbal notes, an individual and tidy aroma. Linear on the palate, full-bodied, slightly astringent, pleasingly dry, and firm acidity. It is a straightforward gastronomic wine with tension, and notes of minerality promised in the name.
More about the tastingMedium lemon yellow. Charming and quite expressive on the nose. Aromas of lemon, apricot, cookie and violets. Complemented on the palate by lemon zest and lime with sufficient acidity, a rather slender body and good persistence. Quite elegant.
