Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, in the nose a lavish sweetness that makes the bouquet very opulent, baked goods, but also fine spices such as anise and cumin, delicate mint, behind it dense blackberry and cassis layers, on the palate silky tannins, appears sweeter and thicker than 2000, very long lasting, speaks more clearly to the regional character, elegant and yet a "belle bête", something for the hedonists.
