Medium crimson, gentle ochre highlights, broad watery rim. Delicately smoky, somewhat reductive, red wild berry fruit, pickled cherry, a multi-faceted bouquet. Medium complexity, subtle minerality, red berry fruit, with a subtle sweetness on the finish. Harmonious and persistent, it is an elegant food wine.
