Very light yellow green colour, silver reflections. Delicate hint of light caramel, bourbon vanilla, some hazelnut, subtle hints of mango and peach, a hint of wood, mineral and multi-faceted. Complex, juicy white apple fruit, lively acidity, good balance, has freshness and length, salty aftertaste, can already be enjoyed in its youth, sure maturity and certain ageing potential, offers incredibly light-footed drinking pleasure.
