Very light yellow green colour, silver reflections. Delicately reminiscent of light Stollwerck, nuances of ripe yellow peach, some hazelnut flour, inviting bouquet, candied lie zest, inviting white nougat. Complex, juicy, white stone fruit, fine acidity, lively, good persistence, lemony-salty finish, a delicate food wine, already developed and accessible, a refined food companion.
