Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening at the rim. Delicate balsamic notes, black fruits of the forest, ripe blackberry, a hint of liquorice and candied orange zest, notes of spice, dark nougat and vanilla in the background. Juicy, fine red berry nuances, cherry, lively, still somewhat demanding tannins, pleasant firm acidity, sweet cherry, mineral, some leather on the finish, still underdeveloped.
