Light yellow-green with silver reflections. On the nose there are nuances of fresh orange zest, some blossom honey, a fine herbal savouriness, delicate roasted aromas and some peach. A taut and tight-knit palate, with white stone fruit notes, vivid wood spiciness, a mineral-lemon finish, salty and multifaceted. Will benefit from further bottle ageing.
