The red wine Barolo DOCG Case Nere Riserva 10 anni, vintage 2012 from the winery Roberto Voerzio has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright, intense garnet red with a light rim. Intense and compact nose, notes of rose petals and liquorice, then lots of ripe raspberries, some beeswax and dried orange peel. Taut and dense tannins, still very youthful, grippy, with notes of liquorice and preserved cherries, a lovely and savoury finish.
