Tasting Notes
Radiant, intense garnet in colour. Memorably seductive on the nose, with aromas of liquorice and fine tobacco, then lots of plum, dried porcini mushroom and rose petal. Exciting. The wine envelops the palate wonderfully, sweetly textured with lots of ripe fruit, before opening up, almost casually, to reveal lots of dense, finely meshed tannins, very long finish.
