The red wine Fossati Case Nere Riserva 10 anni Barolo DOCG, vintage 2007 from the winery Roberto Voerzio has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Rich, flint ruby garnet. Opens on the nose with emphatically ripe notes, of cinchona bark and pickled plums, ripe raspberry, some leather in the background. Blooms lushly on the palate, showing plenty of vivid, well-ripened fruit, opens with mountains of fine-mesh tannin embedded in sweet texture, firm drive on the finish.
