The red wine Biskero Chianti Riserva DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Salcheto has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Canaiolo nero, Mammolo from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Some cocktail cherry, white pepper, Ricola herbal sugar, menthol. Quite complex, but not yet open. Dry tannin, good density, still young, mild but sufficient acidity, has presence and depth, still needs at least three or four years to fully reveal itself.
