The red wine Rosso di Montepulciano, vintage 2015 from the winery Salcheto has been rated in 2017 by Axel Biesler & Ulrich Sautter with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
All in all, still a little shy at the moment. On the one hand with hints of tomato puree and dried cherries, on the other hand with a hint of vegetable green. We give this honest fellow credit for consistently pursuing this style on the palate.
