A colour like a young wine. Fresh on the nose, herbal and savoury, pineapple, caraway, increasingly intense chalky-savoury with air. Dynamic mousse, very fine acidity, great tension, radiant, brilliance - and finally an extremely complex, savoury finish with a slight sweetness.
