Disgorged 04/2023. Light pink in colour. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, dried herbs, brioche and caramel. On the palate, this sparkling wine has a creamy mousse with a lively, refreshing acidity and fine phenolics. Balanced with a nice length.
