Tasting Notes
Disgorged 1/2018. Very restrained on the nose, still almost closed, yet clearly Pinot-toned - red berries, apple, plus valerian, hay and yeast. A tense palate without distinct tones. Very fine mousse. A pithy style, direct with juicy acidity that opens a great arc of tension. Delicate spiciness on the finish. Elegance taken to the extreme.
