Balsamic spice, quince, Garigue strawberry, thyme and sage, pepper. On the palate, full-bodied and with good acidity, dense, unaffectedly straightforward, with a supple base and a juicy finish. More like Tondonia Reserva than Spätburgunder Weissherbst.
