Tasting Notes
Smells of brine, seaweed, almost without fruit but with hints of coming spice. On the palate, all of a piece: firm extract, powerful ripe acidity, penetrating minerality, everything still compactly concentrated and only with hints of coming complexity. In terms of structure, not far from a Puligny-Montrachet or at least a good Saint-Aubin.
