The white wine Grillo Mozia Sicilia DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Tasca d’Almerita has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grillo from the region Sicily in Italy.
It has a bright straw yellow colour. There are yellow fruity aromas of ripe peach and plum, with a reminiscence of banana in the background. It is balanced and juicy on the palate, unfolding with a slight saltiness, as well as a briskness and pleasant drive. It displays itself elegantly on the tongue, and comes across as a well-rounded wine.
