Tasting Notes
Rich ruby purple colour. Impressive, dense nose, shows fine notes of blackberry, almost Burgundian notes, inviting. Lots of fine-grained tannins on the palate, lots of fruit, develops clearly and straightforwardly, lots of velvety tannins, savoury, lots of concentrated fruit on the finish.
More about the tastingIntense dark berry fruit, black berries, hints of spice, sandalwood, dark minerality, lots of spice and freshness, characterized by Petit Verdot. Taut, full-bodied and powerful, showing very silky tannins, good length, juicy, sweet berry confit in the finish, very good persistence, chocolaty nuances, a very powerful Vin de Garde.
