Daisies, yellow apple, Mirabelle plum, meadow herbs, also rock candy. Unadorned dry palate with a vital, invigorating acidity in a lean structure, yellow apple, grapefruit, good freshness and savouriness, fine bubbly mousse. Unpretentious.
