Ripe citrus fruit on the nose, also passion fruit, some lemon balm and elderflower. Full-bodied on the palate with a medium-bodied contour, juicy and savoury, good balance with integrated acidity that lingers salty, notes of oyster shell, good on its own, solid with fish.
