The sekt NV JACques Sekt Brut Nature from the winery Weinbau Dr. Wobar has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Johanniter, Pinotin from the region Saxony in Germany.
A light salmon pink in colour. Yeast, strawberry and peppery notes on the nose. The dynamic mousse attacks the palate early, ripe acidity and a still closed fruit determine the mid-palate before the finish thickens. Completely dry, yet with a slight tendency towards breadth.
