Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections with a subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, aromas of black berry fruit, a touch of liquorice, some juniper, dark minerality and a fine herbal savouriness. The palate is juicy and complex with taut, firm, well-integrated tannins, a fine structure, and a lemony touch on the persistent, saline finish. An elegant food wine.
