Still closed on the nose, wood savouriness like toasted notes, yeasty and chalky rock flour, lemon butter, lime zest, herbal savouriness, ground hazelnut. Elegant and fresh on the palate, mineral savouriness, discreet fruit, green apples, crunchy peach, good use of wood provides creamy core, supported by lively acidity, nice length.
