Disgorged 5/23. A delicate floral scent rises from the glass: lime blossom, some yeast. Also apple. On the palate the wine is straightforward, the mousse gives volume, acidity puts the palate under tension, the wine finishes fresh and hearty, and not without ripe fruit perceptions.
