Tasting Notes
Disgorged 5/23. A delicate floral scent rises from the glass: lime blossom, some yeast. Also apple. On the palate the wine is built straight, the mousse gives volume, a pithy acidity puts the palate under tension, the wine finishes fresh and pithy, not without extract sweet perceptions.
