Tasting Notes
You can smell the very ripe grapes: a scent like a hot cross bun, honey and cocktail cherry, then also herbal notes, mint, dill and sorrel. In the mouth, the wine combines power and substance, the acidity has the drive typical of the vintage, but is also integrated by sweetness and a full body. A pinch of fermentation carbon dioxide keeps the already good freshness level high. A powerful accompaniment to food.
