The rosé »Bruderherz« Rosé trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Bicking & Bicking has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Dornfelder from the region Nahe in Germany.
Wild strawberry and raspberry with a hint of caramelized mirabelle plum. The "Bruderherz" combines the classic with the modern: juicy, fruity and with a rounding sweetness, but also with fine tannins that add profile. Can be drunk almost any time.
