The rosé »Bruderherz« Rosé trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Bicking & Bicking has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Dornfelder from the region Nahe in Germany.
A fine salmon colour in the glass. Very pronounced fruit on the nose with strawberry and raspberry notes. On the palate, there is the juicy fruit element that dominated the nose, but towards the finish there are also herbal notes and a phenolic grip.
