Tasting Notes
On the nose, a reductive slate savouriness with a peppery-balsamic background, citric notes and leafy green nuances. Smooth on the palate, with a delicate texture, salty, the sweetness-acidity divide is not extremely wide open, rather all components work together in harmony, so that minerality goes hand in hand with roundness. Close to the Spätlese in style, with a noble impression.
