Tasting Notes
Light yellow with copper-coloured reflections. The subtle bouquet combines aromas of wild berries, rosehip, moss and herbs, complemented by fine yeasty notes. The well-integrated, creamy mousse on the palate ensures a harmonious start. The crisp, fresh acidity and the absence of dosage give it plenty of drive. It also has a long, salty-mineral finish and only 11.5% alcohol.
