Delicately fruity on the nose, with pear, apple, dried herbs, mint, sage and lime zest. Full-bodied on the palate, with lively acidity and citrus fruit. Pleasantly tart, light and elegant, with mineral spiciness. Stimulating to drink; would love a second glass.
