A nuanced nose with berry notes, apple, rose hip and a delicate yeasty influence. Creamy, fine mousse on the palate, quite ripe acidity and an elegant, slightly refreshing mineral structure. A substantial, still youthful finish. Not a fruit overload, rather a mineral-tinged sparkling wine.
