Clear notes of spontaneous fermentation on the nose. Herbs, apple peel, cider, malt, hop blossom and some caraway and curry, followed by apple and stone fruit. Powerful on the palate with a patented interplay of freshness, spiciness and sweetness that does not push too much into the foreground. Mineral-based, multi-layered and yet with the playful nature of the Kabinett.
