On the nose, ''cool", slightly herbal-spicy varietal fruit, bergamot, plum and red apple. Compact and fresh on the palate, with a fine mousse and beautiful interplay between the subtle sweetness and fine acidity, very precise flavours, juicy and elegant. A superb aperitif.
