Tasting Notes
It has a spicy nose, with aromas of pear and apple, along with some banana, and fresh meadow herbs. On the palate there is a soft mouthfeel, and a balanced well-integrated acid vein, as well as some ripe apricot and pear, lovely fruit sweetness, and a spicy note on the finish.
More about the tastingNotes of spontaneous fermentation on the nose, herbs, apple peel, yeast, malt and caraway. On the palate juicy and with some carbon dioxide, sweet extract, lean and compactly built; seems coherent in itself. A calm varietal style with natural character, ideal with food.
